The Trainer
Mas Salleh or known as Along is a dedicated and experienced fitness professional with nearly 20 years in the health and wellness industry. A Master Trainer (KBS) specializing in Aerobics Fit-Dance, personal training, and group fitness, he has conducted both indoor and outdoor programs to help clients achieve goals in weight loss, muscle building, and strength enhancement.
He is known for his passion in coaching, creating customized workout programs, and delivering motivational fitness sessions with strong emphasis on safety, rhythm, and effective training principles. Skilled in functional training, nutritional guidance, and class leadership, he brings energy and professionalism to every session.

What They Say
Yes, you can. But you can’t be certified as Aerobic Instructor.
The exam consists of two parts:
- Theory Exam (40%) – Multiple-choice & short-answer questions on anatomy, exercise safety, cueing, and music fundamentals.
- Practical Exam (60%) – Participants will lead a full senamrobik routine, assessed on cueing, movement technique, rhythm, safety, and class management.
Passing both sections is mandatory.
The minimum passing score is 70 marks.
- Participants must pass both theory and practical components separately.
- Those who fail one part may re-sit only that section.
- Theory Exam: 60 minutes
- Practical Exam: 10–15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A
- Participants must complete their examination within 30 days after the course completion date.
- Late attempts are subject to approval and additional admin fees.
You can resit the exam with RM50 each time.
Yes.
- The N.A.S.C. Instructor Certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
- Renewal ensures instructors stay updated with the latest choreography, safety guidelines, and teaching standards.
To renew your certificate, instructors must:
- Attend at least one Continuing Education Workshop (CEW) conducted by N.A.S.C.
- Submit proof of minimum 20 hours of active teaching within the 2-year period.
- Pay the renewal / membership fee.
- If your certificate expires, your status will be listed as “Inactive Instructor”, and you will not be authorized to teach using the N.A.S.C. program name or materials.
- To regain active status, you must attend a Refresher Course and renew your certification.
