Certified Personal Trainer Course Concludes Successfully at Energym Cyberjaya
Cyberjaya, October 5, 2025 – The latest intake of the Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program concluded successfully at Energym Cyberjaya, running from 3rd to 5th October 2025. The intensive 3-day course brought together 12 passionate participants from various fitness backgrounds — including gym owners, aspiring coaches, and fitness enthusiasts aiming to turn their passion into a profession.

Throughout the weekend, participants were immersed in a blend of science-based learning and practical coaching sessions. Topics covered included exercise physiology, anatomy, movement mechanics, coaching methodology, and client assessment techniques — all designed to elevate participants’ understanding of fitness beyond training routines.
Under the guidance of experienced instructors from NASC Research (National Association for Strength and Conditioning Research) and Strength Sifoo Academy, trainees experienced hands-on workshops, real-time coaching simulations, and group discussions focused on developing true coaching competency.
