Certified Personal Trainer Course Successfully Concludes in Cyberjaya
CYBERJAYA, 6 September 2026 – The Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Course successfully concluded after three days of intensive training held from 4 to 6 September 2026 at Energym, Cyberjaya.
The course brought together aspiring and existing fitness professionals seeking to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in personal training. Throughout the three-day programme, participants were exposed to key areas required of a competent personal trainer, including applied anatomy, exercise technique, training principles, programme design, fitness assessment, nutrition, client management, and professional practice.
The programme combined theoretical learning with practical application, allowing participants to better understand how scientific training principles can be applied to real-world coaching situations. Emphasis was also placed on designing safe, structured and effective training programmes according to individual client needs and goals.
The completion of the Cyberjaya session marks another step in developing knowledgeable and competent fitness professionals through structured education and professional certification.
Following the Cyberjaya programme, the Certified Personal Trainer Course will continue with two upcoming sessions:
- Brunei: 30 October – 1 November 2026
- Penang: 27–29 November 2026
The upcoming courses will provide further opportunities for fitness enthusiasts, gym instructors and aspiring personal trainers in Brunei and northern Malaysia to develop their professional knowledge and take the next step towards a career in the fitness industry.
