From Passion to Practice: Participants Complete CGI Course in Cyberjaya

CYBERJAYA, 11 October 2026 — NASC concluded its Certified Gym Instructor (CGI) course at Energym Cyberjaya on 10–11 October 2026, providing participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills for gym instruction.

The two-day course focused on safe and effective exercise guidance, covering training principles, exercise techniques, session planning and professional communication.

Through theory and practical learning, participants explored how to apply their knowledge in a gym setting. Emphasis was placed on selecting appropriate exercises, maintaining proper technique and adapting training to individual abilities. Congratulations to all participants on completing the course and taking another step in their development as fitness professionals. Continued learning and practical experience will help them build confidence and strengthen their coaching skills.
